摘　　要：目的:为合理使用《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版)收录的8种中药注射剂提供参考。方法:查阅相关文献和资料,对8种中药注射剂的不良反应发生原因进行分析,提出相应的预防措施。结果:不良反应发生原因主要在于临床使用不当、质量标准较低。另外,患者的体质因素和剂型因素也是引起不良反应的重要原因。结论:应注意临床合理使用,从各个途径提高质量标准及加强不良反应监测,可以减少或避免中药注射剂不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE：To improve rational use of 8 kinds of TCM injections included in National Essential Drug List·Part for Basic Medical and Health Institutions（2009 edition）.METHODS：Retrieved from relevant literatures and materials,the causes of adverse drug reactions（ADR）induced by 8 kinds of TCM injections were analyzed and corresponding preventive measures were put forward.RESULTS：The main reasons of ADR are inappropriate use of drugs in the clinic and low quality standards for TCM injection as well as self tolerance of patients and dosage form.CONCLUSION：It should be paid attention to adopt TCM injection according to usage of TCM injection.ADR monitoring should be strengthened to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR induced by TCM injection.
