摘　　要：目的:探讨"新医改"背景下农村药品供应网的建设。方法:运用内容分析法分析"新医改"对农村药品供应网中供药终端的影响。结果:"新医改"有利于强化乡村医疗机构在农村药品供应网中的供药作用;而对于农村药品经营主体会造成一定的冲击,一定程度上削弱了其参与农村药品供应的作用。由此可能使得农村药品的供应过分倚重乡村医疗机构,农民购药的选择性降低,最终可能会导致农民利益受损。结论:充分发挥政府引导和监督作用,规范医疗机构和企业的涉药行为,建立公平的竞争平台,是"新医改"背景下农村药品供应网建设的发展方向。OBJECTIVE：To explore the construction of medicine supply network of rural area under the New Medical Reform.METHODS：The content analysis method was used to analyze the effect of New Medical Reform on medicine supply terminal of ru-ral medicine supply network.RESULTS：New Medical Reform contributed to strengthen the role of rural medical institutions in the construction of rural medicine supply network.The role of rural medicine business entities in rural medicine supply had been weak-ened by New Medical Reform to certain extent.As a results,the medicine supply of rural areas depended too much upon rural medical institutions.The choice of drug purchase for peasant had been limited to harm the interests of peasant.CONCLUSION：The role of government should be played completely to standardize the behavior of medical institutions and enterprises and establish fair competition platform.It is the new context of the construction of rural medicine supply network under the New Medical Reform.
