摘　　要：为加强基层医院医疗技术临床应用管理,促进医学科学发展和医疗技术进步,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全.鄂州市中心医院针对第一类新技术准入管理制订了＂新技术立项评估标准＂和＂新技术开展奖励评估办法＂,并在新技术准入管理中应用,取得良好的效果.To enforce the application of medical techniques in the primary hospital so as to improve clinical quality and ensure clinical safety, we established the evaluation criteria for admittance of medical techniques class Ⅰ and the incentive system for new technique application. When both systems were applied, favorable results were obtained.
