摘  要:对磁场的计算方法、采用的数学模型和计算步骤进行了论述。使用有限元法建立了铝电解槽三维静电磁场计算模型,该模型充分考虑了铁磁物质等因素对磁场解析的影响。以某厂320kA为例,论证了选取上下游5台槽进行计算较为合理,将计算结果与实测值进行比较,数值接近,验证了模型和结果的合理性。The calculation methods, steps and mathematic models adopted were discussed. The calculation models of three - dimensional electrostatic magnetic field for aluminium reduction cells were established by using the finite element method, which gave full consideration to the effects of ferromagnet on analysis of magnetic field. Taking the 320kA prebaked anode aluminium reduction cells as an example, on the basis of selecting 5 neighboring cells in upstream and down- stream for calculation, the models and results which the numeric values are close can be verified to be reasonable by comparing the calculation results with actual measurement data.
