摘 要:由于本次大吨位吊车厂房设计工程系在原大红山铜矿一期工程的基础上进行扩建,而一期工程采用的CG516图集与新修订的CG517图集对上下弦杆及复杆的截面要求有所不同,且新图集的吊车起重量要求较小,与本工程的起重量32 t相差甚远。为了确保吊车运行安全及厂房屋盖系统的稳定,笔者对吊车梁顶的横向水平位移及屋架下弦轴力等参数进行了一系列的计算,确定了排架柱截面及屋盖结构方案,并得出了一些实际可行的结论,满足了工程设计的要求。The design engineering for the factory building with a large - tonnage crane is expanded on the basis of the Phase - Ⅰ Project. However, the requirements for cross section of upper and lower chord, and reciprocating lever in Atlas CGS16 adopted in the Phase - Ⅰ Project are different from those in the new revised Atlas CG517. Also, there is a world of difference between the minor crane load required in the new Atlas and that which is 32 tons in this project. In order to ensure safety operation of crane and stability of the building' s roof system, a series of parameters calculation such as the transverse horizontal displacement of the crane' s beam top and axial force of roof truss' s lower chord were carried out so as to confirm the scheme on the section of bent frame column and roof structure. Therefore, some actual and feasible conclusions have been obtained to meet the requirement for the engineering design.
