摘　　要：阐述了传统的项目管理模式与EPC+Partnering模式的特点,指出EPC+Partnering项目管理模式是一种新型的工程项目管理模式,打破了以往传统模式单纯为了建设活动而建立的纯粹合同关系。它是通过建立共同的目标,彼此合作产生的信任、健康的工作关系,改善了沟通,减少了争议,从而提高了工程项目的业绩和成效。By illustrating the characteristics of traditional project management and EPC ＋ partnering modes, it was pointed out that EPC ＋ Partnering is a novel project management mode which broke pure contract relationship of previous traditional mode simply built for construction activities. By establishing mutual goals, and the trustful and healthy working relationship emerged from coop- erating each other, the communication was improved and dispute was reduced thereby to increase performance and effect of engineering project.
