摘 要:部分油田在深井泵开采期采用注气驱油,油井的油气比较高。减少高含气抽油井中气体对泵工作影响的有效措施是在泵的入口处安装气锚(泵下防气装置和泵外防气装置),使油流中的自由气在进泵之前分离出来,通过油套环形空间排到地面。针对井下气锚分气机理及分气效率进行了探讨性研究,采用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,对泵外防气装置沉降部分的气液两相流动进行数值模拟,研究了气锚的长度、油气比对分离效率的影响,并优化出分离效果最佳的沉降段长度。During partial oil fields are producing in deep well pump,they uses the gas injection displacement of reservoir oil,causes the oil well the oil gas to be quite high.The effective measure of reduction of the gas which in the high gas-pump well is installing the anchor peacefully in the in pump's entrance(Under the pump against gas installment and the pump external defense installment),Separating the free-gas in oil flow before entering the pump the oil stream,pass through from the oil jacket annulus to the ground.Gas anchor separation mechanism and separation efficiency are studied first.The gas-liquid turbulent flow in subsidence section of the pump external defense installment is simulated with CFD software FLUENT.The different length of gas anchor,different gas oil ratio affecting the separation efficiency is then researched and optimizes the best subsidence segment size of separated efficient.
