糖耐量受损人群高血压状况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖耐量受损(IGT)人群高血压(HP)状况及相关因素。方法通过横断面调查筛查出586例IGT者,分析其血压异常状况及其相关因素。结果在该人群中,HP的患病率为36%,女性(36.83%)高于男性(34.92%)(P>0.05)。血压升高的危险因素为年龄、HP家族史、腰围、总胆固醇和空腹血糖。结论 IGT阶段HP患病率为36%,其可控危险因素主要是中心性肥胖和糖、脂代谢紊乱。Objective To examine the risk factors and characteristics about hypertension（HP） in patients with impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）. Methods Five hundred and eighty-six patients with IGT were found by A cross-sectional study were analyzed. The risk factors and characteristics of HP in patients with IGT. Results The prevalence of HP in patients with IGT was 36% ,it was lower in male（34.92% ） than in female（36. 83% ） （P 〉 0. 05）. Regression analysis revealed that the family history of HP, waist circumference, total cholesterol and fasting plasma glucose were risk factors of HP in patients with IGT. Conclusion The prevalence of HP in patients with IGT was 36% ,the main risk factors that can be controlled are centricity obesity, disorder of blood glucose and lipid metabolism.
