摘  要:对AZ91D镁合金仪表盖设计了两种类型的浇注系统,并采用ProCAST软件对两种浇注系统下金属液充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟。结合铸件选定节点的速度时间图、金属液汇合处的速度矢量图和凝固时间分布图进行综合分析,预测压铸件中可能存在的缩松、缩孔及气孔缺陷的分布与体积分数,得出优化的浇注系统。两种工艺方案对比结果表明,在浇注温度为660℃、模具初始温度为200℃、冲头压射速度为2.5m/s的条件下,内浇道设置在最大厚壁处的浇注系统更为合理。Two kinds of gating system for AZ91Dmagnesium alloy instrument cover were designed.Filling and solidification of the liquid magnesium alloy in the two gating systems were visualized by the ProCAST software to predict the distribution and volumetric fraction of potential defects,such as porosity,hole and gas hole,by combining with the casting velocitytime graph of selected nodes,the velocity-vector graph of the confluence of liquid metal and the distribution of solidification time,and optimized gating system was presented.The results indicate that under the conditions of 660℃ pouring temperature,200℃initial die temperature and 2.5m/s injection velocity,the gating system with ingate setting on the maximum wall thickness is more reasonable.
