摘 要:从四川棉区采集棉花立枯病标样,分离得到699个分离物,从中鉴定出414个丝核菌(Rhizotoniaspp)菌株,经Giemsa核相染色,鉴定出409个菌株属多核丝核菌(MultinucleateRhizoctoniaspp),占丝核菌总数的98.8%。另5个菌株属双核丝核菌,占总数的1.2%。用载片定位融合法,以生越明(1992)提供的国际标准菌测定,409个多核丝核菌分属三个菌丝融合群,即AG-1、AG-2和AG-4,其中AG-4出现比率占多核丝核菌总数的79%,是四川棉苗立枯丝核菌的代表菌。室内、外致病力测定结果,以AG-4融合群对棉花的致病力最强,AG-1融合群居中,AG-2融合群最弱,三者室内与田间平均病指数分别为95.9、57.6和36.2。699 isolates were isolated from cotton drooping disease samples which w ere collected from Sichuan cotton productive areas,and 414 Rhizoctonia s pp.strains were identified from them.Through Giemsa staining,it was identified t hat 409 strains belong to multinucleate Rhizoctonia spp,acounting for 98.8% of the total Rhizoctonia spp;5 belong to binucleate Rhizoctonia spp,whic h was 1.2% of the total Rhizoctonia spp. Results from cover glass fixed pos ition mating method and the tester isolates provided by Namakoshi Ake showed th at 409 multinucleate Rhizoctonia spp might be divided into 3 anostomosis gro ups, AG-1,AG-2 and AG-4.The frequency of AG-4 was 79% of the multinucleate Rhizoctonia,which was the representativ e st rain of Rhizoctonia solani in Sichuan Province.The testing results of pathog enic ity in lab and field showed that AG-4 had the strongest pathogenicity,and its me an disease index was 95.9;Whereas AG-2 had the weakest pathogenicity,its mean di sease index being 362;AG-1 was medium,its mean disease index being 576.
