摘  要:目的用测定骨元素含量的方法,观察运动和复方丹参合剂(CDM)联合应用对去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢的影响。方法将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠48只,按体重随机分成6组:正常对照组;假去卵巢组;去卵巢组;去卵巢+复方丹参合剂组;去卵巢+运动组;去卵巢+复方丹参合剂+运动组。去卵巢+复方丹参合剂组和去卵巢+复方丹参合剂+运动组大鼠于去卵巢手术后第2d开始给予复方丹参合剂溶液灌胃[10mL/(kg·d)],持续11w。去卵巢+运动组和去卵巢+复方丹参合剂+运动组大鼠于去卵巢术后第7d开始给予中等强度的运动训练,每w5d,每天连续匀速跑45min,16m/min,跑道倾角0°,持续10w。结果去卵巢组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Zn、Co、Mn等元素含量均明显低于假去卵巢组(P<0.01),骨P含量明显高于假去卵巢组(P<0.01);去卵巢+复方丹参合剂组和去卵巢+运动组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Zn、Co、Mn等元素含量虽然较去卵巢组明显增加(P<0.01),但仍显著低于假去卵巢组(P<0.01);运动与复方丹参合剂联合应用后,去卵巢大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Zn、Co、Mn等元素含量均显著回升(P<0.01),骨P含量显著回降(P<0.01),并且基本恢复到对照组水平。结论运动可加强复方丹参合剂对抗由于去卵巢引起的大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的作用。Objective To observe the effects of combined application of exercise and Danshen mixture compound (DMC) on metabolism of bone elements in ovariectomized rats through the bone element measurement method. Methods Forty-eight 4-month-old female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, including normal control group, sham-ovarieetomized group, ovariectomized group, ovarieetomy plus DMC group,ovarieetomy plus exercise group,and ovariectomy plus DMC and plus exercise group. The rats in the ovariectomy plus DMC group and ovarieetomy plus DMC and plus exercise group were treated with intragastric Danshen mixture compound administration started from 2 days after ovariectomy and continued for 11 weeks. The rats in the ovariectomy plus exercise group and ovariectomy plus DMC and plus exercise group were received medium intensity exercise training started from 7 days after ovariectomy and continued for 10 weeks, with the amount of even speed running 16 m/min, 45 min/d, and 5 days/week. The dip of the runway was 0 degree. Results The levels of Ca, S, Mg, Zn, Co,and Mn in ovariectomized rats were significantly lower than those in sham-ovariectomized rats ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of bone P in ovariectomized rats was significantly higher than that in sham-ovariectomized rats (P 〈 O. 01 ). The levels of Ca, S, Mg, Zn, Co, and Mn in the rats of ovariectomy plus DMC group and plus exercise group were significantly higher than those in ovarieetomized rats ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , but were lower than those in sham- ovariectomized rats (P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of Ca, S, Mg, Zn, Co,and Mn in ovariectomized rats increased significantly after the combined application of exercise and DMC ( P 〈 0.01 ) , meanwhile the level of bone P decreased significantly, and the levels were approximately recovered to the control levels. Conclusion Exercise enhances the effect of DMC to resist the bone metabolic disorder induced by ovarieetomy in rats.
