摘 要:骨质疏松条件下,强化椎弓根内固定稳定的传统的方法有增大螺钉的长度、直径和改变椎弓根螺钉植入的角度等。有学者在钉道内添加生物骨水泥等方面进行了研究,认为强化效果明显。也有学者在改进螺钉的结构设计方面进行了相关的研究,相继出现了包括膨胀式椎弓根螺钉等各种设计的螺钉,并取得明显效果。临床上应根据患者的具体情况,选择操作简单、并发症少、强化效果持久的强化方案。The traditional methods to intensify pedicle internal fixation for osteoporotic spine included methods to increase the length and diameter of the screw and to change the angle of the pediele screw insertion. Some scholars studied the supplementation of biological bone cement in the screw and believed that the intensified efficacy is significant. Other scholars conducted studies on improvement of pediele screw structure and design. Pediele screws including dilated pediele screw appeared consecutively and archived remarkable effect. In the clinical practice, one should choose a intensified fixation method with simple procedure, less complication, and lasting effect based on the condition of individual patient.
