摘  要:目的对中药射干Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC根茎80%乙醇提取物进行化学成分分析。方法利用硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱以及反相HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,应用MS、NMR等光谱方法对分得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从射干根茎中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为鸢尾苷(tectoridin,Ⅰ),香草乙酮(acetovanillone,Ⅱ),对羟基苯乙酮(4-hydroxy-acetophenone,Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅳ),β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,Ⅴ),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮(5,7,4′-trihydroxyl-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavone,Ⅵ),木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅶ),芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅷ),5,7,4′-三羟基二氢黄酮(5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavanones,Ⅸ),异鼠李素(isorhamnetin,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ为首次从射干中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of 80% ETOH extract from rhizome of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC;the structures of the compounds were determined by MS and NMR spectral analysis.Results Ten constituents were identified from rhizome of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC,including tectoridin(Ⅰ),acetovanillone(Ⅱ),4-hydroxy-acetophenone(Ⅲ),β-sitosterol(Ⅳ),β-daucosterol(Ⅴ),5,7,4′-trihydroxyl-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavone(Ⅵ),luteolin (Ⅶ),apigenin(Ⅷ),5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavanones(Ⅸ),and isorhamnetin(Ⅹ).Conclusion CompoundsⅥ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,andⅨ have been isolated from rhizome of Belamcanda chinensis for the first time.
