摘 要:利用直流电沉积法在阳极氧化铝模板的有序孔洞中生长了氧化锌纳米线,首次在氧气氛围中将锌氧化成氧化锌。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其形貌及成分进行表征和分析。结果表明,氧化铝模板的有序孔洞中填充了高致密、均一连续的锌纳米线。在氧气氛围中,800℃下氧化2 h,氧化铝中的锌纳米线己全部氧化成氧化锌纳米线。光致发光光谱表明,氧化锌纳米线在496 nm处有较强蓝绿光发射。ZnO nanowire arrays embedded in ordered hole of anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template were fabricated by direct electrodeposition method.Oxygen atmosphere was used for the oxidation for the first time.The microstructure and composition of the ZnO nanowire arrays were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that ZnO nanowire arrays are uniformly assembled into the nanochannels of AAO template,with large-area and high-filling.Zn deposited in the channels of AAO is oxidized completely via a heat treatment at 800 ℃ for 2 h.Photoluminescence(PL) measurement of the ZnO/AAO assembly exhibits a strong 496 nm emission band which is contributed by the various defects of ZnO.
