摘  要:以分析纯Bi2O3、Na2CO3和Nb2O5为原料,采用两步熔盐法合成出片状NaNbO3。首先以NaCl为熔盐,在1100℃保温3 h合成出片状中间体Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18(简称BNN5)晶粒;然后以BNN5为模板晶粒,以NaCl为熔盐,在950℃保温3 h制备出片状NaNbO3。通过XRD和SEM分析表明:所制备的NaNbO3晶体为纯钙钛矿相,NaNbO3晶粒呈各向异性片状,其边长约为12μm,厚约为0.6μm,并探讨了BNN5转变为片状形貌NaNbO形成机理。Using analytical grade Bi2O3、Na2CO3 and Nb2O5 as raw materials,plate-like NaNbO3 was synthesized by two-step molten salt method.Firstly,plate-like intermediates Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18(BNN5) were synthesized in molten NaCl at 1100 ℃for 3 h,and then plate-like NaNbO3 crystals was prepared using plate-like intermediates BNN5 as templated grains in molten NaCl at 950 ℃ for 3 h.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) results show that the phase composition of NaNbO3 crystals is pure perovskite phase.Furthermore,anisotropic NaNbO3 crystals are plate-like,whose edge length and thickness is about 12 μm and 0.6 μm,respectively.The formation mechanism of the transformation from the layered structure BNN5 to the plate-like perovskite structure NaNbO3 was analyzed.
