摘  要:120℃下,分别在水、DMF/H2O(DMF∶N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)、CH3CH2OH/H2O体系中,利用咪唑调控合成CaCO3,并采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM对反应产物进行了表征,研究了咪唑浓度、溶剂和阴离子对CaCO3晶型和形状的影响。研究表明:在水体系,CaAc2为钙源物,没有咪唑时,形成棒状的文石晶体;当咪唑的浓度分别是50%、60%、70%时,得到的产物分别是方解石和球霰石、文石和方解石的混合物、纯的方解石晶体;在120℃条件下,60%咪唑的DMF/H2O(v/v=3∶2)、CH3CH2OH/H2O(v/v=3∶2)体系中合成的CaCO3分别是球霰石和文石的混合物、纯的文石;同样在60%咪唑的水体系中,钙源物为CaCl2和Ca(NO3)2时,生成的晶体是文石和方解石的混合体,但粒子形状不同。实验结果表明,咪唑的浓度、溶剂和阴离子都对CaCO3的晶型和形貌都有影响。At 120 ℃,calcium carbonate particles were prepared by a precipitation reaction using imidazole as adjust agent in the H2O,DMF/H2O(DMF∶N,N-dimethylformamide,v/v=3∶2),CH3CH2OH/H2O(v/v=3∶2) system.The products prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR.The morphology were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The effects of concentration of imidazole,solvent and anion ion on the crystal shape and morphology of the as-prepared CaCO3 were studied.The results show that rod aragonite crystals were obtained in the absense of imidazole.However,the mixture of calcite and vaterite,the mixture of aragonite and calcite,pure calcite cryatals were produced when the concentration of imidazole were 50%,60%,70%,respectively;In the prescence of imidazole(60%),the mixture of aragonite and vaterite,pure aragonite crystals were synthesized in the DMF/H2O(v/v=3∶2),CH3CH2OH/H2O(v/v=3∶2) mixture system at 120 ℃;Similar to reaction conditions in solvent system,the mixture of aragonite and calcite with different ratio was obtained when CaCl2 and Ca(NO3)2 were as Ca2+ source.However,the shapes of crystals also are different each other.The results showed that concentration of imidazole,kind of solvent and anion ion have influence on crystal form and morphology of the CaCO3 particles.
