南疆铁路沿线城镇规模及增长极研究

摘　　要：利用南疆铁路沿线37个县级以上城镇的城镇人口和10项社会经济数据,对南疆铁路沿线城镇按人口规模进行等级划分,用主成分分析、聚类分析方法进行增长极类型分类。研究结果显示:(1)城镇体系的等级规模结构呈现不连续分布的状态,5个地州首府所在城市人口规模均超过20×104人,剩余32个县级政府所在的建制镇,除库车县城过5×104人外,其余县城人口不足5×104人,其中9个县城人口不到5 000人。(2)南疆铁路沿线城镇可以划分为工业增长极城镇、工农业复合型增长极城镇、以农业生产为主的地方性增长极城镇等类型。(3)南疆铁路沿线城镇体系的规模等级结构仍处于相对落后状态,城镇经济增长主要依赖农业的发展,加工制造业在GDP中的比重还较低,且主要集中在少数地州首府所在城市,对区域经济发展的贡献较小。With the trend of urbanization and urban economic development,the size of city has attracted widespread attention of scholars.To determine reasonable size of cities and the best urban combination for regional economic benefits,theorists in recent years have focused on of urban size system.Based on the urban population and 10 socio-economic data and of the 37 counties and cities,the paper analyzed urban size and growing pole of cities along the Southern Xinjiang Railroad with principal component analysis,clustering analysis methods and the growth pole type classification.The results show as follows：（1） the distribution of grading scale structure of urban system appears spatial discontinuous form.The population scale of five regional capital cities are more than 200 000,while the population scale of other 32 county-level towns are under 50 000 except Kuqa County with more than 50 000,and 9 towns among 32 county-level towns have the population of less than 5 000.（2） cities and towns along the Southern Xinjiang Railway line can be divided into urban industrial growth poles,agricultural and industrial complex urban growth poles,and local urban growth pole mainly on agricultural production.（3） the hierarchical structure of the scale of the urban system along the Southern Xinjiang Railway is still in relatively backward state,and the urban economic growth is mainly dependent on the development of agriculture.The processing and manufacturing industry has a relatively low proportion in GDP and concentrated in a few places with perfecture capical city,while its contribution to regional economic development is relatively small.
