摘  要:目的研究湖北钉螺(Oncomelania hupensis)对不同光强和光色的趋性。方法利用自制的趋光性装置,以正常的湖北钉螺(O.hupensis)为研究对象,用白光为光源,光强梯度分别为500、1000、1500、2000、2500、3000、3500、4000、4500、5000Lux;光色采用红、黄、绿、蓝4种颜色,光照强度皆为100Lux,对钉螺进行趋性实验。结果钉螺在所设的白光照度下均表现出正趋光性,当照度低于2 000Lux条件下,随着光强的增强趋光指数增大,照射强度为2000Lux时趋光指数达到最大,在500Lux、1000Lux、1500Lux三个梯度下趋光指数无显著性差异(P>0.05),但500Lux与2000Lux两个照度之下趋光指数具极显著性差异(P<0.01),光强大于2000Lux时,随着光强的增强趋光指数下降,在2500Lux、3000Lux和3500Lux三个梯度之间,钉螺的趋光指数无明显差异(P>0.05),但3500Lux与4000Lux之间趋光指数差异极明显(P<0.01)。钉螺在4种颜色光照下均表现为正趋光性,钉螺对绿光和红光的趋光指数具显著性差异(P<0.01),4种颜色光对钉螺的趋性的影响效果大小依次为绿光>蓝光>黄光>红光。结论钉螺对光强和光色具有不同的趋性反应。With an aim to understand the phototaxis of Oncomelania hupensis(O.hupensis) under different intensities and colors of light,normal O.hupensis were studied by self-made equipment.O.hupensis were exposed under white light with the intensities of 500,1 000,1 500,2 000,2 500,3 000,3 500,4 000,4 500 and 5 000Lux,respectively.Then the O.hupensis were exposed under 100Lux light with the colors of red,yellow,green and blue,respectively.The results showed that O.hupensis was positively phototactic.When the intensity of light was less than 2 000Lux,the phototactic index(IP) was increase with the boosted light intensity.Then when the light intensity was 2 000Lux,the IP reached the maximum.There was no significant difference in IP of O.hupensis under 500Lux,1 000Lux and 1 500Lux(P 0.05).However,the IP demonstrated significant difference under the light intensity of 500Lux and 2 000Lux(P 0.01).When the intensity was above 2 000Lux,the IP was descreased with the increase of light intensity.Ip showed no significant difference under the intensity of 2 500Lux,3 000Lux and 3 500Lux(P 0.05).Nevertheless,there was significant difference in Ip between 3 500Lux and 4 000Lux(P 0.01).On the other hand,O.hupensis was positively phototactic under all of the four light colors.The difference in phototaxis between green and red light was statistically significant(P 0.01) and the phototaxis impact in O.hupensis for these four colors was greenblueyellowred.It's concluded that O.hupensis has different phototaxis with different light intensities and colors.
