循证护理理念在预防住院患者跌倒中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运用循证护理理念实施住院患者跌倒预防的效果。方法对2008年9月—2009年12月收治的1 251例患者参照循证护理方法和步骤,提出问题,查找应用证据,实施提高安全意识,防范危险因素,加强环境管理,做好心理护理,合理用药和健康教育等护理措施,预防住院患者跌倒的发生。结果本组1 251例患者中4例发生跌倒6次,跌倒发生率为0.32%,明显低于2007年全年的跌倒率(0.58%)。结论运用循证护理的理念,通过文献检索掌握住院患者跌倒的危险因素和护理措施,结合患者情况进行针对性的干预,能及时发现潜在的危险因素,实施预见性护理,有效预防住院患者跌倒的发生。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing concept application on preventing falling among inpatients.Methods Evidence-based nursing methods were applied in the nursing of 1 251 patients from September 2008 to December 2009.Searching for application evidence,enhancing safety consciousness,preventing risk factors,strength environmental management,providing psychological nursing,reasonable medications and health education were performed to prevent patients’ falling.Results 4 patients fell down 6 times,accounting for 0.32%,lower than the fall incidence of 0.58% in 2007.Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing with literature searching which provides risk factors and nursing methods could prevent the falls of inpatients.
