银钎剂剖析与制备的研究

摘　　要：剖析了几种国内外银钎剂产品,根据剖析结果针对国内产品在使用性能上与国外产品的差距,将原料配比和生产工艺作了改进,进行了一系列制备试验,性能测试表明,改进后的产品已达到国外同类产品的水平.Several domestic and foreign silver brazing fluxes have been analyzed, according to those results of analysis, 晈hich shortens the gap of the utilized performance between domestic flux and foreign one, the material formula and processing technology of the flux are improved. And a series of producing trials and performance tests have also been done. It shows that the improved flux has got to the equal level of the foreign product.
