摘　　要：以Ａ２０１Ｃ、Ｄ型精梳机为例，研究得出了弓形板定位、钳板闭口定时、落棉刻度、分离罗拉顺转定时等分离接合工艺参数的配合规律，并进行了生产实际应用。实践证明：运用该规律进行Ａ２０１Ｃ、Ｄ型精梳机分离接合工艺设计，具有快速、省工省时、降低消耗等特点。According to take A201C and A201D combers for example,the paper gives the law of cooperating on some detaching and lapping process parameters,i.e,position of bow shaped plate,closure timing of nipper,graduation of dropping and clockwise rotation timing of detaching roller,this law can be applicated in practice of detaching and lapping process with performances on time saving and consumption cutting down.
