内外花纹丁腈胶圈形貌及特性分析

摘　　要：使用高倍扫描电子显微镜对内外花纹丁腈胶圈的表面形态进行拍摄，结合不同放大倍数的照片分析，认为内外花纹胶圈较光面胶圈在运转过程中滑溜率减小，纺纱条干均匀度提高，且胶圈的磨损减小，使用寿命延长。The form and appearance of some butyronitrile inside and outside pattern apron photographes with different magnifying multiple is analysed,these pictures are photographed by high multiple scanning electron microscope,the smooth rate and the abrassion of this apron are smaller than smooth surface apron's,on the contrary,the yarn evenness is better,and the service life is longer.
