摘  要:为论证发生在国内的2起尿素合成塔爆炸事故的原因和类型,阐述了平衡破坏型蒸气爆炸的热力学原理、爆炸特点、形成条件以及工业装置发生该类爆炸时的判别原则;采用现代工业尿素合成理论,通过建立动态模型和静态模型,分析了尿塔爆炸事故的原因和类型,否定了尿塔爆炸属于平衡破坏型蒸气爆炸的观点。In order to identify the explosion category for two explosion incidents of urea reactor occurred in China,author has discussed the thermodynamic principle,explosion characteristic,forming condition of balance breaking type of steam explosion and also has discussed the judging principle in case of this category of explosion occurred in industrial plants;using the urea synthesis theory in modern industry and by means of establishing dynamic and static models,has analyzed the reason and category of the explosion incidents in urea reactor,author has negated the view that the explosion in urea reactor belongs to balance breaking type of steam explosion.
