狼疮肾炎患者肾组织和外周血IL-18BP表达和分泌的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素18结合蛋白(IL-18BP)在狼疮性肾炎(LN)疾病发展中的作用。方法收取在该院已确诊但未治疗的LN患者30例,正常对照18例,免疫组织化学法检测肾组织IL-18BP的表达,并采用图像分析系统进行半定量分析;ELISA法检测外周血IL-18BP水平,并对LN患者肾组织和外周血IL-18BP表达和分泌量进行相关性分析。结果 LN患者肾组织IL-18BP表达量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),LN患者血清IL-18BP水平也高于正常对照组(P<0.05);IL-18BP在LN肾组织中的表达与其血清水平呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论 IL-18BP的高表达和高分泌可能对IL-18的过度分泌具有一定的拮抗作用,从而对LN发展起着一定的保护作用。【Objective】 To explore the effect of interleukin 18 binding protein（IL-18BP） on the development of LN.【Methods】Renal IL-18BP expression in 30 LN patients without treatment and 18 normal controls were detect-ed by immunohistochemical staining and evaluated by image analysis system.Sera expression of IL-18BP in the pa-tients and controls were measured by ELISA.The correlation between sera IL-18BP levels and renal IL-18BP ex-pression were analyzed in LN group.【Results】Compared to the control group,renal IL-18BP was more strongly and extensively expressed（P 0.01） and the level of sera IL-18BP was significantly higher（P 0.05） in LN group.Positive correlation was found between the levels of sera and renal IL-18BP in LN group（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 High expression and secretion of IL-18BP may exert a certein protective effect on the development of LN by the an-tagonism on the excessive secretion of IL-18.
