摘  要:为了确定最佳发酵工艺条件,试验采用黄孢原毛平革菌、绿色木霉进行了混合固体发酵玉米秸秆工艺条件的中试研究。结果表明:固体发酵培养基的组成为玉米秸秆与麸皮为4∶1,加入5%的尿素、0.5%的KH2PO4、0.1%的MgSO4.7H2O;加水量为1∶1.3;发酵温度为32℃;接种比例为2∶1;接种时间为接入黄孢原毛平革菌发酵48 h后接入绿色木霉;发酵周期为120 h。混合固体发酵后含有纤维素酶420 U/g,木质素酶85 U/g,粗纤维的利用率为69%。To study pilot-scale technology and parameters by mixed ferment of corn straw of Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Trichoderma viride based on the experiment to the optimization of technology,the experiment adopted the ratio of solid culture medium was 4∶1(corn straw/wheat bran),with 5% urea,0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.1% Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate.The ratio of the nutrients to water was 1∶1.3,the ferment temperature was 32 ℃,the ratio of inoculation was 2∶1(Trichoderma viride /Phanerochaete chrysosporium).Trichoderma viride was inoculated after 48 hours of Phanerochaete chrysosporium inoculation,and the time of fermentation were five days.The results of mixed ferment technology showed that cellulase(FPA) activity reached 420 U/g,ligninase activity reached 85 U/g,and the degradation rate of crude fiber reached 69%.
