摘　　要：报告1例全身泛发的持久性隆起性红斑。患者男,36岁。全身反复红色丘疹、水疱、结节伴瘙痒1年余。皮损组织病理示白细胞碎裂性血管炎。诊断:持久性隆起性红斑。A case of generalized erythema elevatum diutinum is reported. A 36-year-old male presented with a history of itchy recurrent red papules, vesicles and nodules scattered over the whole body for more than one year. The histopathology showed characteristic changes of leukoeytoelastie vaseulitiis. The diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made.
