摘  要:用X射线衍射、失重、冲蚀和光催化法研究热处理对化学沉积Ni-Zn-P合金结构、显微硬度、冲蚀特性和光催化性的影响。结果表明,镀态Ni-Zn-P合金主要由非晶相和立方镍两相构成;加热到400℃出现四方Ni3P相,至500℃出现Ni5Zn12相;镀层的显微硬度在500℃以下随温度的升高而增加,超过500℃反而随着温度升高而下降;在0.05 mol/L的盐酸冲蚀下原镀层比热处理后的耐冲蚀性好,热处理后镀层的耐冲蚀特性受冲蚀时间、冲蚀角度和介质流速的影响;经过200和300℃热处理的镀层具有光催化特性。The effect of heat treatment on structure,microhardness,corrosion resistance and photocatalysis of Ni-Zn-P alloy plating prepared by electroless-deposition was studied by X-ray diffraction,mass loss tests,washout experiments and photocatalytic degradation experiments.The results show that the as-plated Ni-Zn-P alloy consists of an amorphous phase coexisting with a cubic Ni phase,the deposit is crystallized into square Ni3P phase at 400℃,and it is crystallized into Ni5Zn12 phase at 500℃.The microhardness of the plating increases with the increase of heating temperature below 500℃,and it decreases after 500℃.The as-plated layer has better corrosion resistance than that of the heat treated plating when it is washed out by 0.05 mol/L HCl solution,the washout resistance is affected by washout time,angle and medium flow rate.The as-plated alloy has photocatalysis property after heat treatment at 200 and 300℃.
