摘  要:针对带有大孔径接管锥壳变径段结构不连续应力和局部应力的计算与强度分析问题,根据其结构特点,选择研究对象,处理边界条件;应用有限元理论和方法,建立数值计算模型;采用ANSYS程序,进行网格划分和数值计算,获得变径段部位详尽的位移场和应力场;在应力分析的基础上,根据分析设计的思想对应力进行分类和强度评定。应力计算结果表明,变径段上多个部位产生了较高的局部应力,强度评价结果表明,锥壳变径段的强度满足要求。The research aim was selected and the boundary condition was treated based on the characteristics of the transition section of the cone-shaped case with big-sized nozzles for its calculation and strength analysis of discontinuous stress and local stress.The numerical calculation model was founded using the theory and method of finite element;the finite element mesh was generated and numerical calculation was made using ANSYS program,and the detailed displacement field and stress field of the transition section were obtained;the classification and stress evaluation of the stress were performed based on stress analysis.Some comparatively high local stresses were generated at several locations of the transition section.The strength evaluation result shows that the strength of the transition section of the cone-shaped case could satisfy requirements.
