摘 要:利用FLUENT软件对横纹槽管和光管水平管外的对流传热进行了数值模拟,并比较两种管的换热特性。结果表明,在相同条件下,横纹槽管外侧换热系数是光管的1.2~1.5倍,且随着Re的增加,倍数值逐渐减小。最后应用场协同理论,从局部换热角度分析其强化机理。分析结果说明横纹槽管外侧换热得到强化的原因是协同程度随其周围的速度场与温度场之间夹角的变化而改变。A numerical simulation was conducted of the convective heat transfer outside the transversely-ridge tubes and the horizontal tubes of smooth tubes using Fluent software,and the heat transfer characteristics of the two kinds of tubes were compared.The result shows that the heat transfer coefficient of the external side of the transversely-ridge tubes was 1.2~1.5 times that of the smooth tubes,the multiple value was gradually reduced with the increase of Reynolds number.The reinforced heat transfer mechanism was analyzed at the local point of view using field synergy theory.The analysis result shows that the cause of the heat transfer reinforcement at the external side of the transversely-ridge tubes was that the field synergy level varied with the change of the intersection angle between velocity field and temperature field surrounding the field synergy.
