超微苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心力衰竭30例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察超微苓桂术甘汤加味治疗心阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将符合其诊断标准的60例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用超微苓桂术甘汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组心功能分级疗效、中医证候积分疗效及6min步行距离等方面比较均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超微苓桂术甘汤加味能明显改善慢性心力衰竭心阳虚型患者的临床症状。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on chronic cardiac failure with deficiency of heart - yang type treated by submicron powder of modifiled Linggui Ganshu decoction. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and control group. Cases in the control group were treated with western routine therapy and cases in the treatment group treated by submicron powder of modifiled Linggui Ganshu decoction on the basis of western routine therapy . Results： The effect of cardiac functional grading and integral of Chinese medical syndrome and 6 minute walking distance in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Submicron powder of modifiled Linggui Ganshu decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic cardiac failure with deficiency of heart - yang type.
