摘 要:研究分析了12Cr1MoVG厚壁高压锅炉管冲击值降低的原因。通过试验研究测得该锅炉管中的O、H气体含量偏高,基体上弥散分布着大量的细小B类夹杂物;经能谱分析,该夹杂物的成分主要为氧化硅、氧化铝等复合氧化物。由于O、H气体含量偏高,以及氧化物夹杂的存在,导致12Cr1MoVG钢的脆性转变温度升高,常温下冲击值降低,出现脆性断裂。Studied and analyzed are the causes for the rather low impact value of the 12Cr1MoVG boiler pipe.With relevant research tests,it is identified that the contents of gases O and H are rather high,and that a great amount of tiny inclusions of Type B is dispersed in the base metal of the pipe.And energy spectrum analysis is also conducted on the pipe,the result of which shows that the inclusions are mainly composed of composite oxides like silicon oxide and aluminum oxide.It is just the rather high contents of O and H,and the existence of the said oxides that leads to increase of the brittle transition temperature,and the lessening of the impact value at the ambient temperature,which result in the brittle fracture.
