摘　　要：回顾了我国水利水电工程环境保护工作发展历程,针对水利水电工程规划设计工作分析了环境保护方面存在的主要问题,阐述了现代水利规划设计发展方向,提出了构建生态环境友好的水利水电工程规划设计体系的工作重点。In this paper,the development process of environment protection in water resources and hydropower engineering is reviewed,and also the main problems in environment protection of water resources planning and design are analyzed,at the same time,the development direction of modern water resources planning and design is proposed,at last the keypoint of constructing environment-friendly planning and design system of water engineering is put forward.
