摘　　要：中水淮河规划设计研究有限公司在淮委的指导下,不仅先后参与编制了一大批专业和专项规划,为推进淮河治理提供了科学依据,并且关注治淮中的重大问题研究,着眼于提高员工队伍素质,创新规划理念,提高科技水平,不断探索治淮新规律。在治淮面临的新挑战中,将更深入地探讨淮河内在特性,为流域经济社会可持续发展作出更大贡献。Under the guidance of the Huaihe River hydro-conservancy committee,the Huaihe River water planning and design research Co.,LTD has involved in a large number of professional and special planning for the Huaihe River management,which provides a scientific basis for the improvement.And also the company focuses on staff quality,innovation,technology level and continuously explores new rules.In the new challenge of the regulation,Huaihe River water planning and design research Co.,LTD will more deeply discuss the intrinsic characteristics of Huaihe River,in order to make greater contribution to the sustainable development of social and economic.
