摘　　要：我国水利工程勘测设计标准已经形成较为完备的体系,大量代表性工程的建设及经验积累,为工程安全标准的确定提供了支撑。水资源保护、节能设计、征地移民、水土保持、环境评价等方面标准的完成进一步规范和引导了水利工程勘测设计向工程安全、社会和谐、环境友好、经济合理的综合要求转变。本文简述了水利工程勘测设计标准体系现状,以及近年标准编制等方面的理念创新,分析了存在的问题。In China,technical standards of water conservancy survey and design have formed a relatively complete system.A large number of experiences of construction support the compilation work of engineering safety standards.The accomplishment of standards about water resources protection,energy saving design,land acquisition and resettlement,soil and water conservation,and environmental assessment guides the water conservancy survey and design to meet the comprehensive requirements of project security,social harmony,environmental friendly,and economical reasonable.This paper describes the status of water conservancy survey and design standards system,and the concept of innovation,and current problems.
