摘　　要：通过对100t电弧炉冶炼数据的统计分析,找出影响100t电弧炉冶炼时间的主要因素,提出通过提高工人技术水平、降低设备故障率、合理组织生产、改善现有生产条件等具体措施提高电弧炉冶炼效率的合理化建议,对将来缩短电弧炉的冶炼周期,提高生产能力有着建设性意义。The primary factors that affect the smelting time of 100 t electric arc furnaces are found out by the means of statistic analysis of the smelting data.The authors put forth some specific measures to increase the operational efficiency of the furnaces,shorten the smelting cycle time and improve the productivity,such as improve operator＇s technical skills,decrease equipment＇s failure rate,organize production reasonably and ameliorate the existing working conditions.
