摘  要:人工加速老化方法准确与否直接影响稻谷耐储藏机制研究的深入开展。研究发现,新收获的水稻种子高温高湿人工加速老化试验结果重复之间存在显著的差异性,这种差异不仅与温度、湿度,而且与人工气候箱不同层数、老化种子质量有关。利用自然储藏3~6个月和-20℃冰箱冷冻10 d、烘箱45℃烘7 d的冷冻烘干方法对人工加速老化试验前的种子进行处理后,则人工加速老化种子发芽率变化不再与人工气候箱不同层数、老化种子质量有关,而仅与温度、湿度有关。由此推断,新收获的水稻种子高温高湿人工加速老化试验结果重复之间的差异性可通过一定时间的自然储藏或利用冷冻烘干方法消除。Artificial accelerated aging test is thought to be a practical way to study the storability of rice seeds,but there have been reports about the repeatability of the method.It was found that there were significant differences among the accelerated aging results of duplications for newly harvest rice seeds,and these differences were not only correlated with temperature and humidity,but also with the layer of climate-box and seed weight.However,it was further found that these differences disappeared when the test material was stored for 6 months in normal condition or was put into refrigerator of-20 ℃ for 10 d then dried in oven 45 ℃ for 7 d before the accelerated aging test.Results: Certain duration of natural storage or freeze-drying treatment before the accelerated aging test for rice seeds would be useful to eliminating the differences in results among the duplications and improve the repeatability of the method.
