摘 要:汽车车轴用YF45MnV钢要求极低的总氧含量和适宜的硫含量,使得对其中硫化物尺寸和形态的控制,用传统的方法均无法有效的实现。本文提出对YF45MnV钢连铸坯等温热处理从而控制钢中硫化物的概念,并在实验室进行了详细研究。首先用thermo-calc热力学软件计算出理想条件下,YF45MnV钢中硫化锰大量析出温度为1416℃;在此基础上,进一步研究了不同热制度对钢中硫化物尺寸的影响;最后,为解决长时间保温处理造成的奥氏体的粗化问题,实验采用gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对等温处理后试样进行压缩实验。研究表明,合适的热处理参数能够将YF45MnV钢连铸坯中硫化物控制为较小尺寸和理想形态(纺锤状和近球形);等温处理后粗大的奥氏体,通过后续变形过程可以实现晶粒细化。YF45MnV steel,used as vehicle axles,requires extremely low total oxygen and proper sulfur in steel,which makes it difficult to control sizes and morphology of sulfides by conventional ways.A process of isothermal heat treatment for controlling inclusions in continuous casting slabs of YF45MnV steel was investigated.The thermo-calc software was used to calculate the temperature for precipitation of sulfides,and based on which effect of heat treatment on sizes of sulfides was studied.A Gleeble-1500 machine was used in compression experiment to examine austenite coarsening of the steel.The results show that small-sized sulfides with spindle and nearly spherical shapes in continuous slabs are obtained in the steel with proper heat treatment process.Grain refinement of coarsening austenite caused by isothermal heat treatment can be achieved by following deformation processing.
