摘 要:以Fe60自熔合金粉末和碳化钨粉末为原料,利用氧-乙炔火焰喷熔方法在45钢表面制备了碳化钨复合材料耐磨喷熔层;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FEGSEM)和能量色散谱仪(EDS)等技术分析了喷熔层的显微组织结构;考察了复合喷熔层在磨粒磨损性能。结果表明:WC颗粒均匀分布在复合材料喷熔层组织中,其组织结构均匀并弥散分布着细小的硬质相;复合材料喷熔层在滑动干摩擦条件下表现出优异的耐磨粒磨损性能,碳化钨对喷熔层有显著的增强作用。Fe-based composite coatings reinforced with WC particulates were produced on 1045 carbon steel by thermal spray welding.The microstructure was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and analysis of energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The abrasive wear behavior of the coatings was investigated under dry sliding wear conditions,and was compared with that of Fe-based coatings produced without the addition of WC.The results show that the microstructure of the coatings is compact with homogeneous distribution of WC particles,in which amount of finer carbides dispersed.The coating reinforced with WC exhibits a significant increase in wear resistance.
