摘 要:采用钨粉分选工艺和高温还原的方法制备了浸渍钡钨阴极用钨粉。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、Simple-PCI软件对钨粉的微观结构和粒度分布进行了分析。结果表明:机械搅拌和超声分散相结合的分散效果优于单纯机械搅拌,可使钨粉粒径分布窄化,但不能改变颗粒形貌。经1650℃还原1h高温氢还原处理后的钨粉颗粒有利于均化粒径、改善颗粒球形度,满足浸渍钡钨阴极基体用钨粉的要求。The tungsten powder used in impregnated cathode was prepared by separation process and high temperature reduction method.The crystalline structure and particle size distribution were analyzed by using SEM and Simple-PCI software.The results show that the dispersion effect by mechanical combined with ultrasonic is better than that only by mechanical method.The tungsten powder by combined method has narrow distribution,but no morphology change.The tungsten powder has uniform particle size and fine degree of sphericity by high temperature reduction at 1 650℃ for 1 hour,which meets the requirement of making matrix of impregnated Ba-W cathodes.
