摘 要:经绝缘处理的软磁粉末在高频(≥1kHz)下具有良好的频率特性和较低的磁损耗。本文以还原纯铁粉为研究对象,采用磷化处理工艺制备绝缘软磁粉末,并分析了其频率特性。研究结果显示:经磷化处理和充分洗涤获得的粉末颗粒,其频率特性得到明显改善,即高频磁损耗降低、振幅磁导率随频率变化波动变小。400℃退火处理使粉末颗粒表面变得光滑且内部孔隙减少,再经磷化处理,高频磁损耗进一步降低,250kHz下的磁损耗是纯铁粉的40.7%,是单一磷化处理铁粉的70.3%;振幅磁导率提高,在(10~250)kHz下其值保持在92以上。经SEM和EDS分析,绝缘粉末颗粒表面被0.5~1μm厚度的磷酸铁盐包覆。Soft magnetic powder by insulating process had excellent frequency characteristic and low magnetic loss in higher frequency (≥1kHz).Insulated soft magnetic powder had been prepared by phosphatization process using reduction iron powder in this paper.Frequency characteristics of the powder had been studied.The results indicated that the frequency characteristics of the powder were improved by phosphatization process.The magnetic loss decreased and the stability of amplitude permeability increased.When the powder was annealing heat treated at 400℃ before the phosphatiation process,surface of the powder particles became smooth and inner pores decreased.So magnetic loss of the insulated powder decreased further.The magnetic loss at 250 kHz was 40.7% of reduction iron powder and 70.3% of the powder by phosphatization.Besides,the amplitude permeability was also improved by anneal heat treatment,which was above 92 among 10-250 kHz.SEM and EDS showed that the insulated particles were surrounded by an ironic phosphate layer with the thickness of 0.5-1 μm.
