摘  要:研究双向直流-直流电力变换器能量正向流动和反向流动的工作原理,为了保证电力系统的稳定性和优化动特性,采用了时间平均的方法来处理三端电子开关器件,建立了其相应的数学模型。根据双向直流-直流变换器的小信号模型选取其带某一阻性负载时的一组参数,使用bode图方法对其进行了稳定性分析。根据双向直流-直流变换器的大信号构建真模型并进行时域仿真。仿真结果在验证了模型的正确性,对时域仿真曲线定量的反映了双向直流-直流电力变换器待阻性负载的动态特性,bode图定性地给出了双向直流-直流电力变换器带阻性负载的稳定性。并对类似于双向直流-直流变换器的各种电力变换器的建模、仿真和稳定性分析具有一定的借鉴意义。Principle circuit of a bidirectional DC/DC is presented.Mathematical model of bidirectional DC/DC is established by using the time average method to deal with three-terminal electronic switching devices.According to bi-directional DC/DC converter select their small-signal model of a resistive load with a set of parameters,use the bode diagram approach to the stability of their analysis and simulation.According to bi-directional DC/DC converter large-signal model to build the simulink simulation model and time domain simulation.Simulation results verify the correctness of this model,while a quantitative time-domain simulation curve reflects the bi-directional DC/DC power converter to be the dynamic characteristics of resistive loads,bode diagram qualitatively shows the bi-directional DC/DC power converter with a resistive load stability.The study of this paper is similar to bi-directional DC/DC converter of various power converter modeling,simulation and stability analysis has some referential significance.
