牙种植可吸收性引导骨再生膜的研究进展

摘　　要：引导骨再生技术用于修复种植体周围骨缺损已有20多年,其中生物膜经历了从早期不可吸收到目前可吸收膜的变化。文中综述了近年来国内外对可吸收膜材料的基础研究及临床应用进展。文献显示,胶原复合膜材料或结合有诱导组织再生的生物活性因子的生物复合膜,具有应用前景。Guided bone regeneration（GBR） is an established surgical technique for correcting buccal dehiscence defects in oral implant,which has being used for more than two decades.Various barrier membranes have been applied in GBR procedures,among which absorbable membrane is currently more accepted than nonabsorbable ones.In this article,we summarized the theory development and clinical application of absorbable membranes.Investigation data from literatures show that composite membranes or biohybrids in combination with growth-regulatory factors enhance bone formation and have promising application potentials in GBR technique.
