摘　　要：目的研究女性乳房动脉和神经分布特征,为女性乳腺手术和乳房整形美容手术提供解剖学依据。方法对15具成年女性尸体30个乳房标本进行解剖,观测其动脉和神经的分支分布。结果①女性乳房血供由胸外侧动脉、胸廓内动脉、胸肩峰动脉和肋间动脉穿支提供。②第2～6肋间神经的外侧皮支和前皮支均支配女性乳房,分支走向呈"立体发散"模式达乳房腺体及皮肤。乳头和乳晕的神经以第4肋间神经为主。结论女性乳房手术应注意保护其动脉和神经。Objective To study the arteries and the nerves of the female breast and provide the anatomical basis for breast operation and breast plastic surgery.Methods Dissecting 30 breasts of 15 female adult specimens and observing the distribution of their arteries and nerves.Results ① The female breast accepted arterial blood from branches of the lateral thoracic artery,the internal artery,the thoracoacromial artery and the intercostal artery perforators.② The female breast received its innervation from the lateral and the anterior cutaneous branches of the second to the sixth intercostal nerves.The cutaneous branches of the intercostal nerves were ＂three-dimensional＂ and distributed to the gland and skin.The nipple-areola was importantly innervated by the fourth intercostal nerve.Conclusion When the female breast operation is performed,it is necessary to protect the arteries and the nerves.
