应用低剂量CT在早期无症状肺癌筛查中放射剂量的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨应用3种不同放射剂量对不同体重的筛查人群行CT扫描,选择最适宜的放射剂量,以减少对人体的辐射。方法对500例健康人行低剂量CT肺癌筛查。同时,选择其中100例进行不同的管电流(10 mA、20 mA、30 mA)、不同体重(≤50 kg、60 kg、80 kg、≥90 kg)的图像噪声和伪影进行观察。结果不同剂量的图像噪声与伪影明显与受检者的体重有关。结论低剂量CT管电流30 mA,为检测早期肺癌有效的合适剂量,可满足早期肺癌的筛查,提高检出率,实现疾病的早期诊断和治疗。Objective To discuss the 3 differenct radiation doses to screen different body weight in lung cancer detection so that to find proper dose of radiation.Methods 500 cases of healthy adult were detected with low dose CT to observe the picture noise and shadow for 100 cases with varied tube current（10 mA,20 mA,30 mA） for varied body weight（less 50 kg,60 kg,80 kg and more than 90 kg）.Results The varied radiation doses were related with varied body weight in picture noise and shadow.Conclusion Low dose CT of 30 mA should be proper dose to screen lung cancer to fit for screen and improve the detective rate and realize the early diagnosis and treatment.
