摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例经病理证实的胃癌的MSCT表现。结果主要CT征象为胃壁增厚、僵硬、肿块。动脉期及静脉期病变明显强化26例,其中14例以静脉期更显著。13例伴有周围脏器浸润和淋巴结转移,5例伴有远处转移。增强分期准确性达到80%。结论 MSCT增强扫描可对胃癌做出更为完善的评价,有助于胃癌的诊断及分期。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MSCT in gastric carcinoma.Methods We Retrospective analyzed 30 cases MSCT performance of gastric carcinoma which were diagnosed by pathology.Results The key CT signs are stomach wall thickening,stiff,mass.26 cases have reinforcement obviously in Arterial and venous phase,and 14 cases were more intensify in venous phase.13 patients have surrounding organs infiltrating and lymph node metastasis,and 5 cases made distant metastases.The accuracy rate of enhanced staging is 80%.Conclusion Enhanced MSCT might be made more complete assessment for gastric cancer,and it could be helpful for the staging.
