彩色多普勒在早期小肾癌诊断中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析早期小肾癌的彩色多普勒声像图特征并探讨彩色多普勒在其早期诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析30例直径≤3.0 cm的经术后病理证实为早期肾癌的彩色多普勒声像图。结果 17例为中等偏高回声,6例为等回声,6例为低回声,1例为囊实性回声,其纵径>横径,形状略呈水滴状,近肾窦部略呈楔状,26例病变向肾表面突出。CDFI示:25例病变内可见自其近肾窦部处入内的或周围相对粗大的近似于抱球状的血流信号。结论彩色多普勒声像图,在早期小肾癌的诊断中具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the characters of color doppler ultrasonography′s image and explore the role of it in the early diagnosis of renal carcinoma.Methods To retrospectively study thirty patients′ CDU images（diameter≤3.0 cm）,the confirmed diagnose is early renal carcinoma by the post-operative pathology.Results 17 samples are medium and high echoes,6 are isoechoes,6 are low level echoes,and 1 is solid-cystic echo which length is longer than breadth,the shape is water-drop,near the sinus renalisrenal sinus the shape is sphenoid,and 26 lesions are extruded towards the surface of renal.CDFI： in the 25 lesions,gross globular blood flow signals can be seen near the entrance of renal sinus.Conclusion The image of color doppler ultrasonography might have great significance in the diagnosis of early small renal carcinoma.
