摘　　要：论述了"优质护理服务示范工程"引深的护理工作改革的重要意义,总结了开展优质护理服务示范工程取得的患者、家属、护士、医生、医院管理者和社会、政府满意的成效,分析了开展优质护理示范工程中引发的思考和需要探讨的问题,指出应逐步建立起适合我国国情、以患者为中心的责任制整体护理模式。The significance of ＂quality care demonstration projects＂ on improving nursing service is discussed.The practice shows that the ＂quality care demonstration projects＂ has made win-win results of patients and their family,nurses,doctors,hospital administrators,the publics and government.Thoughts and problems in implementing ＂quality care demonstration projects＂are analyzed.In accordance with basic situation in China,patient oriented and accountable integrated nursing mode is considered to be established.
