摘　　要：通过对江苏省62所县(市)级综合医院信息建设情况的调查,分别按地区、各所医院床位规模、技术人员情况、医院信息化总投入等进行汇总统计与分析,以及江苏省62所县(市)级综合医院的2009～2013年五年规划分析,找出存在的问题,提出县(市)级医院信息建设要高起点规划,分步实施;要注重机房后台硬件及网络设备的系统性安全架构;要精心选择合理的应用软件;要强化监督管理;要加强医院信息化专业人才和管理人才队伍建设等建议。Based on the investigation of county level general hospital information system in 62 counties,hospital information system construction status were analyzed in domains of region,beds,professional and total input of hospital information system.The five years of information system construction plan in 62 county level general hospitals were analyzed and problems were found.Hospital information system construction should be high level planned but implemented by stage,the systematic security system of background and network hardware should be highlighted.Software should be carefully selected.Monitoring and professional human resources should be strengthened.
