摘　　要：应用六西格玛方法,对影响感染病区药物医嘱处理时间的原因进行调查、分析,找出关键原因,采用整改措施予以改进。使感染病区药物医嘱处理时间缩短12.2分钟。Causes which influences drug order deal time in hospital infection department and their countermeasures were analyzed by six-sigma methods.After applying six sigma methods,drug order deal time was decreased 12.2minutes.
