摘　　要：针对陶瓷坯泥内应力分布不均匀及其无法直接检测的问题,提出了一种软测量的方法,根据陶瓷坯泥的内部应力与机头内壁压力之间的内在联系,采用真空练泥机机头内壁压力矩阵间接估计内应力,并通过在LabVIEW中搭建连续小波神经网络(CWNN)软测量模型,将压力传感器阵列输出的信号矩阵作为该神经网络的输入,经过神经网络的训练及计算,得到在真空练泥机机头处泥料的内部应力,作为神经网络的输出,最终实现内应力的软测量;仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的拟合效果。In response to the uneven distribution of internal stress of ceramic paste and the internal stress is difficult to detect,according to the internal relationship between the internal stress of ceramic paste and the pressure of the nose of De-airing Pug Mills,this paper proposed a soft measurement method using the nose of De-airing Pug Mills to evaluate internal stress indirectly.And the model of CWNN soft measurement model on the basis of LabVIEW is established.Taking the output signal matrix of pressure sensor array as the input of neural network,through the training and calculation of neural network,internal stress of ceramic paste is taken as the output of neural network.Finally,the soft measurement of internal stress is implemented.The simulation result shows the method has good fitting effect.
